Job Description:

 We are looking for 2-3 new associates to help us provide high-quality medicine and surgery with top-notch service to our large animal clients. We are open to explore full-time or part-time veterinary employment in an effort to help achieve work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, a team player, and strive to continue to learn in order to provide progressive medicine, surgery and consultation to our clients. We are a dynamic practice that regularly discusses how we can grow and improve our business to benefit our clients. The applicant will be expected to have/develop strong bovine skills. The position(s) will provide freedom and support for the individual to also offer additional equine and/or small ruminant services if desired.  
Training Required:
 DVM, Wisconsin license, federal accreditation 
Experience Desired:
 All experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:
 Truck and vet box, ultrasound, computer, cell phone and any additional equipment or supplies needed for general practice as well as special interest areas. 
Other Personnel :  9 large animal veterinarians, 2 CVTs, 2 vet assistants, 2 office support staff 
Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:
 Our clinic offers service to food animal and equine clients within a 50-mile radius. We encourage veterinarians to explore their interests and strengths and strongly support the development of specialized niche services. Current specialties we offer to our dairy clients include nutrition work, barn ventilation and design, farm financial analysis, records analysis, DC305 programming and bull reproductive services. We have expanding small ruminant and equine programs. Our equine program currently offers reproduction, dental care, preventative care and spinal manipulative therapy with room to expand the equine services if the veterinarian has an interest. Our small ruminant program is rapidly growing and currently provides ultrasound pregnancy diagnosis, breeding soundness exams and laparoscopic A.I. services.
