AABP may submit the state/province license number of attendees to RACE after conferences and webinars. RACE only requires one state/province license to be entered. If you are licensed in more than one jurisdiction, RACE will apply your CE to all jurisdictions in which you are licensed, therefore only submit ONE jurisdiction and license number.

If you decline, your CE attendance will not be submitted and may not be approved by RACE even if you have a certificate of attendance.

Preconference Seminars

Preconference seminars are available on Thursday, February 12. Seminars will be submitted for RACE approval for 8 hours of continuing education.

Preconference seminars are available for members who are attending the in-person conference and graduated from 2018-2025.

Any seminar without sufficient registrants is subject to being cancelled on or before January 5, 2025.
Seminars that are unselectable have filled.

This seminar is funded by a USDA grant and will be all day on Thursday and Friday. The seminar is free to attend. You will be able to attend the breaks and meals at the conference with your registration but not sessions on Friday. You will be able to attend Saturday sessions for CE. If you attend the seminar on Thursday and Friday, you will receive a refund of $325 from your conference registration fee but only if you attend both days of the seminar.

Special Needs

Attendees and exhibitors are not permitted to bring pets, animal companions or emotional support animals into the Convention Center or AABP-sponsored events. There are three categories of animals permitted at the AABP conference:

  1. Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify.
  2. Animals on exhibit or at an AABP sponsored event during the conference.
  3. Animals participating in AABP scheduled interactive labs or required for teaching or training

All owners of service animals, as defined above, must contact the AABP office by emailing fred@aabp.org for registering the approved service animal. If an attendee requires assistance under the ADA, please email fred@aabp.org immediately after registration, to arrange for the necessary accommodations.
