Objective of Talk This session reinforces key concepts from the Building Bridges webinar series and focuses on effective strategies for initiating employee training with Spanish-speaking farm workers. Emphasis is placed on gauging audience understanding, introducing culturally aware communication approaches, and using essential Spanish phrases related to cattle behavior, handling, and safety. Resources for continued language development and on-farm application will also be discussed.
