Designed with early-career veterinarians and consultants in mind, this talk will emphasize how to collect and record reliable data on-farm, assess youngstock performance, and identify actionable insights to inform management and herd-level decisions. Rather than focusing on technical software navigation, this session will center on what data to track, how to critically evaluate trends, and how to communicate findings effectively to producers, laying a foundation for impactful consulting in the calf rearing space.
