SEK Genetics is in the heart of Southeast Kansas. We are a multifaceted practice that focuses on beef production and genetics and embryo transfer in both cattle and small ruminants. We have an onsite embryo transfer facility for procedures and housing client cattle, and a company owned integrated cow-calf/stocker operation. We are passionate about animal agriculture, innovation in reproductive technologies, and fostering a strong team culture.
Training Required:
•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent.
•Ability to acquire veterinary licensure in appropriate states.
•Accreditation II with USDA-APHIS.
•Certification or ability to become certified with American Embryo Transfer Association.
Experience Desired:
Livestock handling experience is required, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Embryo transfer division works with both bovine and small ruminants, offering in vivo and in vitro services in cattle and in vivo plus laparoscopic AI in small ruminants. Beef production practice works with cow-calf and stocker/backgrounders.
