Objective:
|
We are seeking to hire a mixed animal veterinarian. The ideal applicant would replace a retiring veterinarian, who has been doing approximately 50% food animal and 50% companion animal with a little equine work mixed in. There is room for growth in all areas of the practice. |

Three veterinarians, 6 FTE office staff. The owner (33 years in practice) does mostly small animal work but is willing and capable of doing large animal emergencies. The senior associate (49 years in practice!) does a mix of large animal work and basic small animal work. The junior associate (6 years of practice) has a strong interest in food animal work of any kind. She does sale barn work and limited small animal work. |

Todd County and neighboring communities. Todd County is located in central MN. We have a varied mix of farms including small to medium sized family dairy farms, various sized cow-calf operations, Amish farms (many dairy goats) and hobby farms including equine. We are in a rural area but Fargo and the Twin Cities are within a 2.5 hour drive. Outdoor recreational opportunities are abundant. |
