Objective:
|
York Animal Clinic is seeking a veterinarian for a full time position. We are a five doctor, mixed animal practice. Our mission is to provide exceptional service in a professional yet enjoyable work environment. We are looking for a veterinarian that is willing and wanting to work with both large and small animals but we can tailor the position to the applicant. |

Salary:
|
$85,000-$110,000 base salary negotiable on experience, +/- student loan forgiveness, emergency call bonus. |

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:
|
Veterinary truck with vet box provided if desired. Our clinic has indoor working facilities with a silencer tilt chute and a separate surgical chute. Clinic/Diagnostic equipment: 2 gas anesthesia machines, in-house blood analysis(heska), digital DR radiography, large and small animal ultrasound units. |

Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:

We are a growing mixed animal practice that focuses on meeting the needs of each individual client in a timely and professional manner. We service several small feedlots (1000-8000hd) and many small to medium cow-calf producers. We are the only veterinary clinic in our county and have a practice radius of 20-25 miles. Each veterinarian works four days/week and on-call and weekends are shared. We strive to balance meeting the needs of our clients and provided great work-life balance for our employees. |

York is a town of 8000 located 50 miles west of Lincoln. It is an excellent place to live with a great balance of rural living/values and the convenience of a mid-sized town. There is a large variety of churches in the area. We have a well respected public school and several parochial schools in the area as well. |
