AABP financially supports students attending the AABP conference with free registration, reduced registration for seminars, student events and activities. AABP takes on a financial risk when we contract hotels for the conference and works to find a hotel for students with a lower rate. Students are required to stay in the AABP hotel block to attend the conference. You can share rooms but each student must be on the reservation. If you have a valid reason to NOT stay in the hotel block (family in area, commuting, etc.), you must email fred@aabp.org. You must book using our online reservation system. The deadline AUGUST 21 to book your room. Students that are not on a reservation by the deadline will have their conference registration deleted.

Please note that there is a Red Roof Inn also near the convention center. AABP did not book this hotel due to the condition of the hotel and we recommend you reserve your room in the AABP hotel block based upon our evaluation of each property for our members.
