Objective:
|
The Animal Clinic of Monett, LLC is currently a 3.5 doctor mixed animal practice located in southwest Missouri. We are looking to hire two full time associate veterinarians and possibly a third part-time or strictly small animal veterinarian. Our current case load consists of approximately 65% large animal and 35% small animal medicine and surgery. Practice duties can be split between both small and large animals but individual interests can be pursued. We cover an approximately 50 mile practice radius that includes two sales per week at the Joplin Regional Stockyards. We have many progressive beef and dairy clients interested in herd growth and advancement. Emergency services are offered until 10 p.m. each night and shifts are split on a rotational basis amongst doctors. Correspondence can be sent to johntyradvm@gmail.com. |

Experience Desired:

All experience levels will be considered, however, a strong mentorship core with over 80 years of combined mixed animal practice experience exists for new or recent graduates. |

Salary:
|
Beginning salary is based on experience; however, base salary will begin around $80,000. A percentage of production, as well as compensation for emergency services, will be offered after an agreed upon time. |

State and DEA licensure, health and liability insurance and CE stipend are provided. Two weeks paid vacation and clinic provided vehicle with vet box and cell phone are provided. After one year, matching Simple IRA is available. Relocation package negotiable. |

Animal Clinic of Monett is a full service veterinary hospital for both small and large animal patients. New large animal facilities are under construction and once completed our existing large animal facilities will be completely revamped. Existing amenities include a pull through cattle unloading facility, hydraulic tilt chute, equine stocks, multiple ultrasound units for in clinic and on farm use, and power float for equine dentistry. We are a certified EIA lab as well. Small animal tools include in house bloodwork machines, digital radiography, therapy laser, gas anesthesia machines and advanced orthopedic repair equipment. |

Fully staffed reception and technician/assistant personnel under the guidance of an practice manager are available for in clinic and farm call appointments. A processing crew is provided on sale days at the stockyards. |
