 Senior Technical Services Manager / US Ruminant Business Unit 1. Support the achievement of budgeted corporate and regional sales and gross margin goals. 2. Provide technical service, training and sales support to drive the sales growth of Phibro Animal Health autogenous vaccines and nutritional specialty products (NSP). 3. Assist in the development, implementation and delivery of sales plans for the ruminant business in order to contribute to the achievement of company goals. 4. Assist in the development, management and communication of market support research demonstrating the efficacy of products for the ruminant business. 5. Participate in providing a working environment that fosters a winning attitude through integrity, mutual respect and teamwork.  
Training Required:
 Advanced degree in veterinary medicine (DVM or VMD) with appropriate background and depth of experience. 
Experience Desired:
 1. Minimum two years of industry experience in technical support role with primary expertise in immunology and vaccinology. Additional knowledge and experience in ruminant nutrition is highly desired. 2. A recognized, positive participant in a team-oriented and performance-driven work environment. Proactively communicates, gives and receives feedback well, accepts responsibility, and celebrates individual and collective achievements of the team. 3. Familiar with basic principles of dairy and beef economics and able to make the appropriate connections between product science and business. 4. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to make professional presentations and proposals to both internal and external audiences. 5. Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships and have the versatility to handle multiple priorities and work in a self-directed manner. 6. Proven track record of proactively accomplishing assigned goals and objectives. 7. Must be well organized and detail oriented. 8. Competency required with Microsoft Office and dairy record management systems (e.g., Dairy Comp 305 and PC Dart). 9. Must be willing to travel approximately 50% overnight. 10. Preferred location is in the Midwest.
