 We are taking applications for 1-2 veterinarians to join our mixed animal practice in Hastings, NE. Animal Clinic is a truly mixed practice that consist of mainly cow/calf and small animal.

 Application is open to any individual and or husband/wife team with DVM that is willing to join our team. We are willing to mentor new graduates and encourage them to apply. Looking for a motivated individual with long term commitment and a future desire for ownership. 
 Competitive Salary. Negotiable with experience. 
 4-Day work week, equal on-call and weekend rotation, 401K, profit sharing, state, national and association dues, health insurance, YMCA membership, continuing education, paid maternity and sick days.

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:
 Modern veterinary clinic with an updated small animal hospital and large animal haul-in facility. Large animal facilities include: hydraulic chute and alleyway, tilt table, climate controlled calving barn and calf hospital, calf alleyway and table. Large percentage of large animal is haul-in, but portable chutes available for farm calls. Progressive small animal medicine and surgery. 
Other Personnel :  4 mixed animal veterinarians, 5 receptionist, 4 licensed veterinary technicians, full time large animal technician, veterinary assistants, kennel manager with support staff. 
Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:
 Animal Clinic is a progressive hospital for both large and small animals offering; consultation, ultrasound, laser surgery, digital x-ray, gas anesthesia with monitoring, therapy laser, full service Idexx lab and a great support staff. Large animal work includes but not limited to preg checking/ultra sounding, processing at all life stages, obstetrical work, general surgeries, breeding soundness exams, and consultation. Most of our work is primarily bovine centered but we care for all small ruminants and swine as well. We provide swine consultation and herd health visits to various swine farms throughout the state. 
Practice Area:  With a population just shy of 25,000, Hastings is located in south central Nebraska, about 1 hour north of the Nebraska/Kansas line. We are a quick hour and a half from Lincoln and two and a half hours from Omaha. Grand Island is just 30 minutes north and Kearney is about an hour west. Hastings College, a premier liberal arts college, is located here, along with the Hastings Museum and Theater and our historic downtown.
