Objective:
|
Progressive, busy, and growing two doctor practice. Practice is 100% ambulatory large animal practice. Ideal candidate should be self motivated, energetic, and trustworthy. Practice is mostly beef and dairy, with some small ruminant and small pig operations. Practice work includes reproductive services, vaccinating, and palpating. |

Training Required:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine: Ohio License and USDA Accreditation |
|
Experience Desired:
|
Cattle experience necessary. Palpation skills are required. Opportunity for growth with embryo transfer services. |

Practice services 3 stockyards weekly sales, and another specials sales. Practice services a wide variety of beef clients from cow/calf, stocker, and small feedlots as well as several diary farms. Most dairy farms in this area are smaller producers ranging from 300 cows and down. Practice includes embryo transfer and AI. Reproductive cattle work is an area of strength in this practice. Preventative medicine is a large part of the practice as well. |

Practice is located in beautiful Southern Ohio. Hillsboro is a small town in Southern Ohio that has access to most anything locally. Located an hour east of Cincinnati, and hour and half south of Columbus, and an hour and half north of Lexington, KY. Practice area is mostly rural with the convenience of being close to larger cities. Lots of opportunities for outdoor activites. |
