| Objective of Talk | "If it is worth doing for the client, it is worth being paid for it" was a phrase I heard from my boss and then partner in veterinary practice, Dr. Bill Speer. We took excellent care of our clients and had the goal of always providing value for the dollars they spent with us. We also knew that if we provided excellent service, we should be compensated for this. Our brains are our most valuable resource and we should not forget this. | ||
