Objective of Talk This presentation will cover calf necropsy and how it can be utilized as an on-farm consulting tool and a value-added service. I will cover common causes of death in young calves <1 week of age and then older calves. How calf necropsies can be used to help facilitate change in the dairy maternity area and fresh cow processing.
