Objective of Talk This presentation will focus on practical aspects of colostrum management for recent veterinary graduates to serve as a valuable resource for producers and employees. Focus will be on planning for seasonal variations in colostrum supply, helping clients identify high-risk calves that will benefit from a higher quantity of IgG, guidelines for 2nd colostrum feeding, and benefits of supplementing colostrum post-day 1.
