Objective of Talk This session covers the epidemiology and diagnosis of bovine anaplasmosis and the development of an effective treatment and control plans. A case-based discussion will be used to highlight the critical control points to prevent the introduction and spread of anaplasmosis into naive herds. The session will also evaluate current diagnostic testing strategies and their interpretation. At the end of this session participants will be equipped to address bovine anaplasmosis outbreaks in client animals.
