Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:
|
Our clients are progressive and well-educated beef producers who highly value their veterinarians for beef production medicine and consultation. After hour emergency calls are limited as our producers can manage most common situations themselves. We do not take any small animal emergencies! Our work is highly seasonal with majority producers calving in the spring. We have haul-in facilities as well as ambulatory facilities to work on clients’ ranches. There is lots of room to expand our services and we welcome you to find your niche and passion in large animal practice. We currently offer embryo flush, freeze, and transfer services along with heifer spaying in addition to typical bovine practice.
Our practice area has been previously listed as an “area of need” for Veterinary Medicine Loan Repayment Program (VMLRP) ($120,000 grant) and would be eligible for Nebraska’s Rural Veterinary Grant Program ($150,000 grant). We would help you apply for these opportunities!
