Objective:

Central Wisconsin Ag Services, LLC (CWAS) is expanding and seeking the right match for our current veterinary threesome. We presently serve an outstanding group of dairy farmers in west-central Wisconsin and are looking to add you… if you meet some or all of the following qualifications: are a fan of dairy cows, avoid horses like the plague, believe that milk simply cannot be coaxed out of a nut and/or bean, love ya’self a good polar vortex, understand that a real Mexican restaurant simply must offer lengua, hate the Minnesota Vikings and are capable of practicing veterinary medicine. If you meet these stringent qualifications, you can expect a unique compensation package (commensurate with experience), true at-will (contract free) employment, and a very simple on-call rotation, specifically designed to NOT ruin every week of the rest of your life. CWAS encourage the development of special practice interests and are open to hiring new graduates but are not in the market for anyone looking to use us as a “first-year-out-of-school internship”. As a team we have benefitted from no turnover and will place high value on “staying power”. |

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:

CWAS is an ambulatory practice with an office in the former historic bank building in Alma Center, Wisconsin. These facilities serve primarily to meet the needs of our CFO and Office Manager as well as serve as the location for periodic fiestas. CWAS provides a vehicle and all the equipment one will require for practicing dairy medicine. |
