Objective:
|
Brodhead Veterinary Medical Center is looking to add 1-2 large animal veterinarian to our growing mixed- animal veterinary clinic. Our practice continues to grow and change to best fit our clients’ needs. We are looking to hire an individual who will continue providing optimal care to our clients, bring innovative ideas to our practice, and become a member of our clinic family. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy with complimenting strong interests in equine and small ruminants. Currently, one semi-retired doctor services most small ruminants, one doctor services mostly equine, and the remaining large animal doctors focus on dairy and beef clients. |

We strive to provide the best possible medical care for our clients, whether they have 1 hamster or 3000+ dairy cows. Our clinic has worked immensely to create the family-based atmosphere we have currently. We encourage our veterinarians to buy in to our practice to become owners themselves, and currently have 7 owners with graduation years ranging from 2005 to 2019. We refuse to be left behind in the times and are always looking to add new, innovative ideas and techniques to our all-inclusive practice. New graduates and seasoned veterinarians are all welcome at our practice and are encouraged to find their niche.

Our practice has two locations; one is located 3 miles outside of Brodhead, WI and the other is located in Monroe, WI. Brodhead is a town of ~3,200, while Monroe is ~10,600. Both practices are close to Janesville, WI (64,200), Madison, WI (255,000), and Rockford, IL (147,000). Our area is a beautiful rural community that has ample opportunities for fishing, hunting, hiking, canoeing, and kayaking, among others. We also have a large number of small cheese cooperatives that offer fresh dairy products from our clients and many wineries and breweries that have year-round tours and tastings. |
