Objective:
|
Cattlemen’s Veterinary Services, Inc. is located in a Sulphur Springs, Texas. A vibrant rural community of approximately 25,000 with Dallas only an hour and a half down I-30. We are a three doctor practice looking to add a doctor as our most senior partner is looking to cut back his hours and eventually ride off into the sunset! So buy in potential is not only available but encouraged. We are a 100% Bovine practice with the occasional small ruminant sneaking in. The practice is roughly 85% Beef (primarily cow-calf) and 15% Dairy. We serve clients mostly within a 50 mile radius. We have a significant haul practice as well as farm calls. Haul in facility includes cattle chute, calf chute, and tilt table. We are a typical bovine general practice. Work involves pregnancy testing, BSE, livestock markets, lameness exams, OBs, prolapses, calf processing, sick cattle, etc. We strive to keep a client and employee friendly environment. All three doctors share in weekend and after hours duty. We are blessed to have a relatively low number of after hours calls. Averaging about 3-4 a week. |

We have a complete haul in facility with cattle chute, calf chute, and tilt table. We also furnish a practice vehicle and all necessary equipment. A very competent large animal tech and office staff for your support. The clinic is well stocked with the necessary equipment. If you need something else just ask. |

One of our biggest assets is experience. Our two senior doctors have over 80 years combined experience. We pride ourselves in not only clinical competence but client relations. Our staff are all amendable to pitching in where and when needed. We have nurtured a family atmosphere with low staff turnover. Our practice has focused on bovine only medicine for the past 30 years. We do see the occasional small ruminant. We encourage a new associate to work towards making their own path. We are all individuals and need to build on our strengths. |
