Objective:

The St. Anna Veterinary Clinic is looking to hire a Large Animal, primarily dairy associate, to join our growing 7 (soon to be 8) doctor mixed animal practice. We are a progressive, family oriented practice that encourages and values a work-life balance. We offer a great opportunity for mentorship and buy-in potential. |

Candidate will be the sixth large animal veterinarian on staff. Other professional staff includes two small animal veterinarians, seven small animal technicians/assistants, and five receptionists/support staff. |

Practice strengths include a great team/collaborative work environment. We strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance and prioritize family time. On-call is divided equally and will be among 6 vets. We have scheduled half days and full days off built into our schedule. We provide our clients with great service and all the cutting edge services they look for in a clinic. These include, but aren’t limited to embryo transfer, calf lung ultrasound, milk culture lab, records analysis, protocol development, and more! We encourage professional growth and work to constantly develop new skills and provide new services. New graduates have a great opportunity for mentorship- we have mentored 2 very successful new grads over the past couple years. We have also successfully mentored many veterinary students through the years (some currently work for us!). We are located in a progressive dairy region with great clients ranging from 50-4500 cows. Great buy-in potential. |

We are located in northeast Wisconsin, centrally located between Milwaukee and Green Bay, Fond du Lac, and Sheboygan. We are rural, but within an hour of several larger metro areas. Outdoor activities abound in the nearby Kettle Moraine State Forest, Lake Michigan, Lake Winnebago, and several other local lakes. World famous Elkhart Lake and Road America are only minutes away! |
