Objective:
|
Established in 2001 our exclusively large animal practice is seeking two veterinarians. Growth opportunities abound in all sectors of our practice as our area has a wave of new clients coinciding with retiring vets. The ideal candidate would have a passion for providing comprehensive large animal care in a variety of environments, from large scale commercial dairy and sport horses to smaller organic farms and homesteads. Part-time or partnership potential will be considered. Our caseload is currently 60% dairy, 30% equine, and 10% beef/small ruminant. |

Ability to be licensed in NH and VT |

Experience Desired:

Experienced practitioners or those still looking for mentorship are encouraged to apply. |

Full time associates are offered full health, CE allowance, vacation days, paid CE days, liability, professional dues, professional licenses, stipends for clothing and cell phone. Part time associates receive the same pro-rated. |

Environment:

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:
|
Haul in facility for out patient surgery and occasional in patient procedures. Digital x Ray in the field, computer x Ray in the office, mastitis lab, fully stocked and maintained vehicle, power floats, ultrasounds. |

Currently there are 2 full time vets and 2 part time vets with one of our part time associates leaving, emergency work is split with another practice in the area to decrease on call time. |

Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:
|
Embryo transfer, expanding into IVF, herd health/ preventative medicine programs, records analysis, advanced equine dentistry, equine reproduction.
Providing a balanced quality of life for our employees is a primary emphasis of the practice and is the main reason we are looking to add more associates now. |
