Training Required:

DVM or equivalent, New York State License, USDA Category II accreditation (can be obtained after hire) |

Experience Desired:

Any experience level considered as we have doctors available for mentor ship and guidance. We welcome new grads and strive to provide an environment where you will be fully supported as you gain confidence and experience. |

Salary:

Very competitive and commensurate with experience; Production bonus'; signing bonus, moving stipend. |

We are equipped with endoscope, digital radiography, in house Idexx lab diagnostics, ultrasound, CT, therapeutic laser, and dedicated dental and surgery suites. Digital recordkeeping
EZ-scan reproductive ultrasounds
Additionally, we have a separate facility that houses alternative medicine such as acupuncture and others. In house cremation. |

We are located between the Adirondack Mountains and the St. Lawrence River. There are 4 colleges in the Canton-Potsdam area surrounded by a rural community. This provides a unique small-town atmosphere with many locally owned businesses and restaurants. The area is wonderful for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and kayaking. And we are within a few hours drive to Lake Placid NY, Syracuse NY, Burlington VT, Ottawa, and Montreal. |
