Five pounds of beef jerky from a yearling bull that "asked to leave my herd" due to docility issues. Choice of muscle meat,  lean, ground beef, or a combination of both. The beef is smoked on low heat for approximately 8 hours to give a nice smoky flavor. If you have never had homemade, smoked jerky, this will be a real treat.
