Create Your Dream Veterinary Career at Associated Veterinary Clinic - Ripon, WI
At Associated Veterinary Clinic, we know that veterinary medicine is not just about the animals — it is about the people, relationships, and communities we serve. We are a privately-owned mixed-animal practice proudly serving Ripon and the surrounding Wisconsin farming community, and we are looking for a compassionate mixed or large animal veterinarian to grow with us. Our state-of-the-art small animal facility offers advanced in-house diagnostics and care, while our full-service large animal ambulatory practice focuses on progressive dairy and beef herd health. We believe great veterinary medicine is about connection, trust, and helping the people who depend on us — customizing herd health plans based on individual herd needs and bettering our community, one herd at a time.
Your Role - Built Around YOU
Associated Veterinary Clinic wants to be the SPARK that ignites YOUR PASSION for veterinary medicine! We do not believe in one-size-fits-all positions. Instead, we will work with YOU to create a role that matches YOUR professional goals, skills, and interests. Whether YOU are passionate about herd health, small animal medicine, or a true mix of both, we will design YOUR caseload, schedule, and responsibilities to fit YOU.
•Flexible time allocation between small and large animal work — YOU decide the species distribution
•Customized schedule, compensation, and benefits package tailored entirely to YOUR needs
•Personalized mentorship program to support YOUR growth — whether YOU are an experienced veterinarian or a recent graduate
•An environment aimed at cultivating physical and mental wellness so YOU can flourish in YOUR career
Who YOU Are
YOU value connection — with clients, with animals, and with YOUR team. YOU take pride in helping farms and families thrive. YOU want to learn, grow, and make a real difference — one pet, one herd, and one client relationship at a time.
Let Us Build Something Great Together
We are not just filling a position — we are shaping the next chapter of our clinic's story. If that sounds like the kind of start YOU are looking for, we would love to hear from YOU. We welcome all applicants and look forward to receiving YOUR resume so we can discover how YOUR professional aspirations align with our clinic's goals for the future.
