Objective:
|
18 vet Farm practice in beautiful South West Wales, United Kingdom. We are looking for an enthusiastic production animal vet who is wanting to work with our mix of family farms within South West Wales. WE have a mix of Dairy, Beef, Sheep and Smallholders, so something to suit everyone. We employ dedicated TB testers to reduce the TB testing load, as well as having experienced office support staff and are developing our Vet Tech role within the practice.
Our current out of hours rota is 1 night in 6 with time of in lieu after a night or weekend |

Veterinary Degree eligible for registration with the RCVS |

Experience Desired:
|
We can accommodate a young and enthusiastic New graduate, as well as an experience vet within the role. Part-time or Full-time considered. Additional training available for the right candidate. |

Salary:
|
New graduate starting salary of £31,000 plus company vehicle. Experienced vet salary in line with experience. For vets applying before 1st November 2021 and over 1 year graduated there is a £5000 bonus for joining. |

| Practice Area: |
The practice is based in Carmarthenshire, in beautiful South West Wales but the area covered is from the Sea in Pembroke in the West across to the rugged Brecon Beacons in the East. We are approximately 90 minutes drive from Cardiff and 3hrs from London, and are based near to the thriving market town of Carmarthen. The majority of farms (80%) are within a 45minute drive of the practice bases. |
