• The American Association
of Small Ruminant Practitioners will continue participation in the
AABP Conference and will provide two half-day programs of interest
to their members.
• Advance rates for exhibitor services end September 2. 2008
• The George Fern Company is planning a freight caravan from
the AABP Tradeshow in Charlotte to the World Dairy Expo in Madison.
This will enable exhibit materials to move from teardown Friday
afternoon in Charlotte to setup Monday morning in Madison. More
information will be posted in the Exhibitor's Service Kit after
February 1.
• Beverage breaks are in the rear of the Exhibit Area. The
breaks are 30 minutes on Thursday and Friday morning and afternoon.
• Luncheon service will be at the back of the Exhibit Area.
Luncheon coupons worth ten dollars will be provided to veterinarians
and exhibitors for Thursday and Friday.
• The popular mixer/buffet will take place in the Exhibit
Area Thursday evening from 5:15 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. Exhibit revenue
funds this event.
• The On-Site advertising promotion will be in the pre function
area by the Registration Area. This promotion is available for viewing
from 1:00 PM Tuesday to 10:30 AM Saturday.
• The “Guide to the Exhibitors” will feature
e-mail and websites for exhibitors as well as telephone and fax
numbers. The information in the “Guide” will be on the
website as soon as entered in the contract form and will remain
for at leasta year as a supplier reference source for AABP members.
• The website Exhibitor Home Page, (http://www.aabp.org :
click on “conference”; then click on “exhibiting”)
has the “2008 Rules, Regulations, and Information for Exhibitors”,
the floor plan, contract forms for exhibitors, information handouts,
the meeting program, and hotel information for Charlotte as the
information becomes available. The contracts and forms may be filled
out and submitted from the website. The Exhibitor’s Service
Kit forms will be available after February 1, 2008 by direct link.
• There are two choices for registration of exhibitor personnel.

• Be sure that that the exhibit booth does not contain hazardous
materials. Clean empty display containers are permitted. See Rule
24 in the Prospectus.
