ON-SITE PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR NEW
PRODUCTS/SERVICES & SHOW SPECIALS

The AABP is offering exhibitors an opportunity to display new product and/or new service literature as well as show special literature on 4’ X 8’ horizonal poster boards (a framed surface that accepts tacks or Velcro) located on the conference level in the pre function area by registration in the Charlotte Convention Center.

The attendees can view the poster boards from 1:00 PM Tuesday September 23th to 10:30 AM Saturday, September 27th.

Rules for the Promotion:

  1. Display space will be one side of a 4’ X 8’ poster board located by registration. Another exhibitor may have a display on the opposite side of the poster board.
  2. The exhibitor name and booth or island number will be displayed vertically on the end of the poster board support for easy identification.
  3. The space will be assigned numerically in order of the exhibitor’s booth(s) or island number. The exhibit manager will assign the space and the decision is final.
  4. The poster boards will be available to the exhibitor after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 23rd, until 10:30 AM Saturday, September 27th
  5. The attendees can view the poster boards from 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 23th until 10:30 AM Saturday, September 27th.
  6. The exhibitor’s representative will be responsible for setting up the exhibitor’s display on the poster board and removing the material before 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. The poster boards will be removed after registration closes and any displays attached to the poster boards will be lost.
  7. The cost to display on one side of a 4’ X 8’ poster board is $150.00.
