The American Cattle Doctor 		Description: Orange Judd, New York, 1865, hardcover. Very good condition. Internally extremely clean, bright and unmarked; clean, bright frontis engraving of several cows, full page wood engraving of the heart; pp.359 includes a large appendix with materia medica, properties of plants etc.; volume protected in clear mylar cover. A really lovely copy of the one book one should have. Everything about cattle but so much more. Fattening hogs, dizziness in sheep, making cheese. One could go on forever. A very scarce title.
